Everyone’s story starts somewhere. Working to help people started in high school for me.
People in my community needed help moving. They couldn’t afford the “big” moving companies. So, I got my truck and a few guys, and started a side business, under a DBA “Texas Trucking.”
That was tough work.
The real value came in this first lesson as I learned that hard work pays off and there are no shortcuts in life.
It also taught me about the importance of relationships – and treating people right.
Thankfully, I’m not doing that heavy lifting today.
But what I am doing isn’t all that different.
Helping individuals and families in Texas and businesses around the U.S.
Like so many people, maybe even yourself, my life has been full of twists and turns.
That’s been lesson two. Challenges, struggles and setbacks are part of life. And they make us stronger.

Individual and family solutions
Right now, I’m helping people in the Texas City area of Texas (near Houston) to solve real estate challenges.
Typically, it’s one of the three D’s. Debt, Divorce or Debt. In fact, that’s 80% of my business. Sometimes they need to sell a house. Sometimes they need to close fast, for cash. I’ve even helped people get out of problem rental properties.
Regardless of why, I’m buying homes in any condition, fixing them up, and then finding good families to buy or rent them.
It gives a family – that might otherwise not have the opportunity – a good, single-family home.
It also prevents run-down properties from ruining local real estate values. Together, these are helping to build stronger communities.
Today, I’m blessed to have a third of my business come from referrals. I’m grateful for these referrals. They come from years of treating people the right way.
